I'd say no DLC is required, Crimson Court and Color of Madness are recommended, and Shieldbreaker is skippable.

Okay, base game has four dungeons, and a fifth special dungeon for the endgame with a few unique missions. It also has 15 unique hero classes.

Crimson Court adds a fifth full dungeon to the game with its own mechanics, including the highly punishing status effect that is why it's only recommended for veterans to turn the DLC on, but mods exist to tune it every which way. It also adds a new Hero Class that can be enabled without the rest of the DLC.

Color of Madness adds a 3rd special dungeon which works as an endless mode. However, a mod exists to turn it into a sixth full dungeon.

Shieldbreaker adds a new Hero Class. ...She technically has a unique mechanic no-one else does, but it's not much.

Thanks for the advice! Looks like some of the DLC are on sale for about a week, so I figured I can grab more if I like the base game.

I've already looked a bit at some of the character skins. Just PNG files? I can see why there are so many of them available already. Toughest part is probably making things that fit with the art style.

In short yes, CC and CoM aren't strictly necessary but they are worth it. I would recommend to just buy the whole package or pirate it if you can't afford it.

It's overwhelming the amount of mods this game has, and not to mention the nsfw ones (those are honestly what made me return to play a year ago). Also since this game is so mod-friendly you can also edit a little bit those you like and adapt them more to your tastes, balance, etc.

Yes, Fnak shared it some months ago. I would recommend to search it in the up-right bar marking this topic and the words "corsair class" or something like that. If you can't find it let me know and I'll share it again (I can't right now, I'm not on my pc)

Oh thx mate, i found the class modified by @Xenserrah( thanks for all the work i've seen you posted by the way ^^) and the base skin by ZIMIK so i'll probably edit the nsfw to go back with the base skin ^^

By chance, I saw this character on a forum, but I didn't find this mod, I thought I'd make one myself.

Of course, most of the character moves are from this image, but I added some missing moves and skills.

Because I had limited time, I didn't polish it very carefully. it's done.

It is relatively simple, no sound, no dialogue, no camp, maybe there are some bugs?

The camping skill used a character I had made before.

You can take it if you're interested.

Alternatively, these files can be used to derive skeleton files, but I have no knowledge in this area.

Hey i need a little help for something.  Does anyone know what software i need to use to modify localization files ? I need this because i want to directly modify the name of a combat skill

For simple edits, you'll need to modify the XML files to change skill names. You can do this using the default Windows Notepad, as they’re just text files. If you’re serious about modding, it’s better to use Notepad++ or VSCode. After editing the XML, you’ll need to repackage it into a .loc2 file. The official modding guide has instructions on how to pack XML into .loc files in the "Strings and Localization" section. never got it to work well, the closest I got was using steam link and streaming it from my pc to my phone.

Hello, since Fnak won't finish his Jester edit as soon as he wished at the begining, I'm sharing the already finished edit that sageone did a while ago (he gave me permission for that), full props to him for the awesome edit and Zimik for the great art he does. Destiny nsfw standalone.rar

 

Keep in mind that this is not the jester class itself, just a standalone (but it is basically the same, like a clone). It is not compatible with the sfw version of the skin

Ye, but since i decided to do full proper break - probably it would be in 1-2 months most likely

Firstly (when announced) i thought about "release edit and THEN go on long break", but decided to break first and then already end edit right before starting next playthrough

Now its ended on 25-30% (animations fully done. few statics done, armor icons done, class balance (decided to take as basis Guqin class for that skin) almost done (probably will do little bit few polish to the final release version, but 95% its complete already, in term of idea and localisation, mostly will edit few numbers back-forward))

 

So what left is just end with those static sprites (actully here a lot of them - i counted about 10 unique body positions (which cannt be "cntrlc - cntrlv" from previous already done sprite) if im not mistacking, and on some of them multiple sepearate positions for editing)

Making "shadow eyes" version would be fast when rest will be ended, like 30-60 minutes of lazy "black brush"

Also since i chosed "advanced pattern" for her tights and clothing - it will cost a little bit more time, than just "cntlc - cntrlv" completed sageon edit parts as i thought about first

But i myself very pleased and like that pattern i chosed here - final results for my taste would be much better this way, i even really started to like that skin myself, not just "end and forget", as it is for some edits i made))

 

Will finish those just when will gather enough wish and refreshed interest after break, to do with proper effort and not just "finish faster just to end and forget about"

Most likely it would be BEFORE New Year, may be exactly as "New Year gift" :))))

Anyone got any of Zimiks mods/ skins? No results on Kemono. Most just looking for the mod for the farthest right character.
