Made some tweaks for a new skin for Lucia. Bit rough, im out of practice. But variety is always nice.

Skirt is shorter and more revealing up top.

Extract direct into your Lucia Heroes folder. Wont overwrite anything.

Argh... what was the proper way to make edits to skins without creating white blotches, again?

 

I'm trying to make edits to Deovolente's Warlock to create the nude skin they decided not to do, but in attempting to paint over the non-detailed parts of her body with masking layers in CSP and then exporting the PNGs in GIMP, I've made additions to the RGB color channels I can't get rid of, creating white blotches where they extend past the alpha channel. Try as I might, I can't figure out how to paint the edges where body parts connect without causing at least a small amount of bleed-through.

Yeah, I've tried those, and even re-tried them in case I somehow got a defective copy of the programs, but those ain't it either. The problem which I can see, by examining the RGB channels in GIMP, is that even if I lock or mask the layers to only edit visible pixels, it's still ending up with added bullshit in the color channels if my brush goes past the borders of the skin, and those mismatches between the alpha channel and the color channel result in white parts showing up. I can't figure out how to stop that at all, try as I might there is always some small amount of mismatch instead of the seamless connection the base character has. The closest I've gotten is separating the color channels to mask them by hand to try and get them as close as possible to the alpha channel, but even that is unreliable.

 

Whatever those .exes are supposed to do to the images, I'm not even sure they're doing it, because I don't see anything changing with the RGBA channels after drag n dropping my images onto them.

Okay, so for starters, go get WinRar. it's 'free' if you keep closing its requests for you to buy it. It'll open this file, even with the wierdness.

Secondly, both the SFW and NSFW Skeleton Bearers in the file you provided have skeleton files. I checked.

can u send nsfw  folder of skeleton bearer pls?

Well, I'm positive I'm still missing something crucial about the proper way to make the color channels play nice when editing skins, but I've had some luck with manually masking the separated channels to get them to match the alpha channel as closely as I can, at least, enough to get the animated parts of the skin looking okay enough. Now to see if my interest in the project lasts long enough to redraw all of the still images...

 

Currently starting to suspect my problem is that those two programs from the modding guide were in fact supposed to fix this issue but they're just not working on my computer for some unknown reason.

...Maybe a mod added an entry to it with a custom monster that you then deleted? The Champion Prophet's mash is DarkestDungeon\dungeons\crypts\Crypts.5.mash.Darkest.

There was a Highwayman skin on the Steam Shop today for a short bit.

Not sure why it was pulled down.

That said, I finished the topless variants. 

And at the behest of my fiancé, I made a red-head variant in black leather, and a darker skin with punk hair version, with topless versions for both.

Extract into the Heroes folder with the core mod. If it doesnt get uploaded again Ill share the whole kit here.

Yeah, I went back on to post to the author that Id made these variants if they wanted them... and poof...

Its back up. Seems that in the B and D skins she was topless in the idle, walk, and combat (not the others which is what I finished) and people complained and reported it for nudity since it wasnt marked to have nudity. 

 

I mean, youre playing a game with monsters, demons, and evil people, hitting each other with sword and claws, bleeding and killing each other, and thats all ok. But let just ONE titty be shown and everyone loses their minds.
