To be honest i would have expected some more hardcore stuff. I know he draws the other classes in a pin-up-girls style but for a "flagellant" you need to go harder. 

Self harm to gain absolution and power is the core concept of the hero.

For example in the sketch in the top right, where she garbs her breast. I assume it's for the exsanguinate skill, make her grab REALLY TIGHT to the point that it looks almost painful.

I understand what you mean from the character perspective, but I'm also pretty sure hardcore stuff could be a major turn off for the main audience, people who want to see some sexy babes in skimpy clothes.
Notice how Xelsword handled the "corpses" - most of the girls look like they've just had the best orgasm of their lives, there's no blood, not even bruises.
I personally think Xelsword is handling this in the best possible way.

What are some content mods, aside from character classes, that work well with Lustiest Dungeon? I tried Sexy Fallen Heroes but it didn't really seem to work that well.

So, I've just picked this game up and am wondering if there is any good "starter" collection for the NSFW side of things?

I know with RimWorld there is 'C0ffees Lazy Installer' which does exactly what it says on the tin - is a relatively all in one collection auto download/installer - is there anything like that for Darkest Dungeon? or can anyone please provide a guide to where thigns sit right now please? At the moment I am looking at lots of skins, and getting royally confused

And this is why DD should have its own section lol.

Unfortunately there isn't much of a "starter pack" for this game, although installing the things you want aren't that hard once you get the know how.
Steam has some good skins you can check out by simply typing "NSFW", "lewd", "nude", etc, etc.  some skins aren't compatible with each other so installing manually is, IMO, better.
This is a Site that lets you download Steam mods without having to Subscribe to them and then find the mod in a sea of numbers. I use it allot and not had problems with it so I assume its safe.
Nexus works too but you'll find the bulk of the skins in this topic, I know it has 200 pages but its worth searching through and I know some here have a pack with a ton of skins in it to share.

 

As for a guide, I'm sure there is one lying around. You can find the game's contents in the Steam > Steamapps > Common > DarkestDungeon
Its all right there with no work required to edit a thing. Just make sure to back up the folders since it is very easy to lose the base files, considering allot of people ask for a back up allot..
Say you have a skin for the Plague Doctor, you go to heros folder, open up the Plague Doctor folder, and replace the right files there and it should work unless the skin is missing something in it, don't worry if its white blobs or contorted in a way, it wont hurt the game. It just means something went wrong and its normal here.

Okay, so there aren't enough options for Monsters, backgrounds, or town buildings for them to justify having a 'pack,' so you do need to go hunting for them. I posted a copypasta of a quick-start mod list on page 212.

You can target specific artists to filter out the one-offs and get a more consistent artstyle. I recommend Xelsword, Jefuty, Anaertailin, and Niur, in that order.

Heroes, however, is another story. I personally host links to a couple big ones, and several people have large modpacks they uploaded to this thread.

This one is the above pack, but only the lewd stuff, and a handful of skins not found above, coming in at a more digestible 2 gigs.

Once you've gotten a bit of play under your belt, get Lustiest Lair. It changes the gameplay to be more lewd... more and more each update. I do recommend at least a bit of experience with the core game before trying it, at least...

Holy crap! That's almost needlessly well done. Here's wondering if Xel's open to create a custom class mod with this one. XD

Too bad she'll have to die immediately. Stun and disease mobs are a high priority target for me.

you could find the bounty hunter one on Dan's page 

although it has been edited for butcher class but with little edits (file renames) It'll works for bounty hunter.

in fact I did it but the effects (folder fx) are the original ones of the bounty hunter and bounty_hunter.sprite.attack_hook does not work XD
