Custom races help

Sorry if i'm posting this a lot just really trying to get help.

So a while ago i was using the Custom races mod and it worked fine but now on a new mod list it doesn't work anymore. I can put the custom textures and meshes into the right folders but when i select the "custom nord" it looks like a regular nord. It does this on all the custom races and male and female. I have no clue why this happens does anyone have an idea?

Move the bashed patch to last and then move customraces towards the end of the modlist.

 MO crashed lost everything and had to reinstall but custom race is at the very bottom of my load order and still doesnt work
