So for the modfix link someone posted, do I just remove the 131b version and replace it with the modfix? And leave the other bits behind (ie the script and other files), or do I remove them ALL and insert the modfix?

Yes, you would replace the old version with the modfix and leave the script since that's how it still works.

Ummm...hello again. Sorry that I post so much...
If there is anyone out there still confused as to how to get wickedjobs to work after the update or is downloading it for the first time, Jousua1970 posted Presentation and contributions and put all the files required into one .rar file. Just letting everyone know and I hope it helps!

I see that several people are having this problem but throwing more info about it that I noticed.

 

The mod won't let you go to work if you are at your house, keeps throwing an error message at you if you try to go to work at home. If you tell your sim to go to work while outside of your home they will be able to go to work but the game will crash if you don't have a diff sim from your household with you.

 

Love this mod, hope it gets fixed!

If you download the rar that I put, it works perfectly, you can see porn movies on the computer, the sim goes to work, and does not give any error message, unless you have installed the MCCC

I updated the rar that came up from the whickedjobs, as they had commented, still giving some error, luckily I remembered that JEN85 had published on another page for the WWLOL, so tonight I decided to do the test using the script of this, and works perfectly, is tested in the latest version of the game, 1.37.

My game crashed and I had to revert back to an earlier save, losing 4 hours of play.  This means all of my sims are back to the cam girl stage instead of neighborhood darling in the prostitute track.  Is there anyway to get back to where I was without duplicating 4 hours of gameplay?  I know in the other careers I can manually add promotions through the cheat menu, is there any way to do the same here?

Si te refieres a whickedjobs, no puedo decirte si hay algún comando, no soi moder, lo que comparto no es mío, ya que el paquete ha estado evolucionando y siendo adaptado por los usuarios de este foro, el script es original de Jen85, solo que pertenece a otra versión de Whickedjobs que no está alojada aquí.

The version I have is Jens85 WickedJobs .2c.  I just wondered if someone might have been into it to see what the career is titled so I can use the cheat to promote my sims.  Maybe 7 prostitutes at once is too many...

To visualize a fast race I use the Mc Command Center; What if seven prostitutes are many? that depends on you, how many you want them to be.

I figured it out - if anyone needs to reset their sim's career, just enter careers.promote wickedjob.

 

I'm sure it's at least similar with demoting as well.
