GMansBriefcase Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Themagicteeth/TTWOverEncumbered I'm not good at English, sorry about that. I am not a native speaker... I have been modding the game with the help of the "TTWOverEncumbered" guide. But I encountered some weird bugs...it causes the pip-boy, character creation, computer terminal screen and in-game popups to have this grainy effect appear. At first, I think it may be caused by DYNAVISION 3, so I disable the mod in the left panel of MO. but it wasn't... My mod load order: https://pastebin.com/w9AMkBQY
dborg2 Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 I haven't used this guide before, so I'm only guessing on what I've seen so far. Are you using an ENB. I believe ENB and Dynavision don't like eachother. Did you also do all the ini-edits as described in the manual?

I didn't use ENB at all....I did all ini-edits except the TTW one, that are required in order to let the game start in the Capital Wasteland.
