Mine goes through bouts of turning it self off and not working. I sent it in twice and they don't know what's wrong with it so they can just randomly break I guess.

And i can't hook up family living room tv, my oldman would heartily disapprove. @sorcereress My video card works fine. I brought that monitor to the costumer service yesterday and the monitor can't display screen from any CPU anymore. Even if it display a thing, it blinks then dies.

Your Samsung Screen size? everyone seems going to 21" but to be frank i can't hardly see my flank sides without turning my neck. I played skyrim once on my brother PC and it gaves me the headache.

I hooked it up to my TV to make sure it was the monitor.

Tried Accer and the picture quality wasnt all that good. I have 3 Samsung monitors, a 50" HD Wide Screen TV, 2 LightScribe DVD burners, a multi-format DVD player and a 5-disc cd changer. I am very satisfied with all of them.

My monitor is set back 2'. I can view the whole screen without even moving my eyes. Also something designed at a smaller resolution might not look good on a larger screen. My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 WS. 1024 x 768 takes up about half my screen. Something to think about, eh?

The only true way to make them disappear is to recolor the textures, there is another way somewhere on the Nexus I believe.

[/quote'] Well my 17 inch i have 7 years now no problems yet, but i dont buy no brand names all my equipment i make sure its quality brands:-/So maybe its not just how much something costs but also who makes it my specs atm asus motherboard intell i5750 cpu nvidia 9800 gt 4 gig ram and samsung 17inch lcd no hd monitor.
