getting rid of shoes on sims when they are naked

I have had sims wear red flats when they are naked.It happens randomly but also when you change gender from male to female and  if you change age in a male from adult to young adult. It drives me crazy how do you get  rid of the shoes on them when they are naked. I tried going through master controller in but that did notwork can anyone help me with this problem?

i had this problem in the past, and would just get rid of the shoes's set (any other garment for that matter) using MasterController and editing the problematic sim in CAS.

to do so, click on 

• The Target Sim
• Master Controller
• Advanced
• Edit in CAS

when accessing the "Create a Sim." nonetheless — and according to the NRaas site — be aware that "this is a EA debugging feature and can cause undefined results if used incorrectly."

since you use NRaas as well, you could probably try to automate this process in "Dresser"

Many outfit creators choose to add their outfit parts for naked outfits, no matter if they're suitable or not. Except the feet that you mentioned I saw clothes for naked outfits and accessories that missing from naked outfit when there is no reason for that.
