That's because it is the source files. You compile them in Visual Studio 2010.

t.ara Posted February 22, 2019 Posted February 22, 2019 Not all of us are fit with all the Tools. Very much important stuff, this file. Somehow lost-off focus. Two available links to this file: this topic and somewhere in the WWW on a Google-drive, but reach-able via NEXUS-premium-user account only!!! Why I looked for this??..Because I can set all the working - paths for every single tool, which Comes with this "Little" Suite. In chunk-merge, I had always step through my Folders-about 6 step seaching for the correct Folders, for putting a collision to a Gamebryo-File. Now I can work MUCH more efficient-this spares time and invites for new tests, which I spared out because of the endless data-stepping.....beside NIFSCOPE is this the best tool, you can use for creating new files for skyrim & co.
