(Help !!!) Papyrus compiler impossible to supress

Hi

 

I decided to reinstall skyrim...

 

So, I removed skyrim, creation kit... but papyrus compiler stays...

 

I tried as user and adminsitrator, impossible. He says I don't have the right to modify the file. I tried also with the security to change the rights and the ownership, whitout sucess...

The exe seems corrupted.

 

Any idea to supress it ? I can't reinstall the creation kit if this dirty thing stays...

There is a difference between access rights and ownership.

This may cause Admin to have limited rights.
