Have you tried contacting MF? They removed a bunch of my files and sent strikes against me. So I sent them a nasty-gram. They supposedly had a bug and can't restore the deleted files, but they supposedly won't be messing with my account anymore either.

I have not played Skyrim since early 2012, so I cannot comment on the mod itself, but downloading seems fine...

Someone on MF seem to be snitching about "offensive adult content"; the only way to do so is to use a different file hosting service, and accordingly change the filename to something less suspicious.

Anyone have a working download link, or a copy of the files and is willing to upload somewhere?

I'd go with Sex Addict since it's actively being maintained.
