Sexlab doesn't work with Skyrim SSE.

You need to go in the thread of sexlabs light SE in the Skyrim special edition section theres quite a lot of information that may help you

 

You need to download matchmaker SE to have intercourse or a compatible mod

I have SexLab .esm sexlab light and matchmaker . When the characters have sex my character stands and does poses  the NPC does nothing  but the voices are there

Make sure you have XPMSSE and FNIS. Then run FNISGeneratorForUsers.exe as admin

Addition / Update to the thread:

 

My prob is not about FNIS I'm afraid. Nothing happens, the npc just walks away. While using Amorous Adventures, the first time sex is passed with a black screen and the describing text. The scene is not triggered. Still researching and all I found out is:

 

1. If the actors stand there with sounds  it is FNIS problem.

2. If they walk away it is SL animations loading.

 

In Oldrim the MCM menu was accessible through the menu by pushing escape. So when people re-loaded the SL animations using that, (OFC if FNIS was run) the problem was solved. In SE, the MCM can be accessed via a spell, but there is no option to re-load the animations like in Oldrim. I'm still trying to find a way.
