Weapon animations not working properly

For some reason my PC holds weapons the wrong way even after uninstalling weapon animation replacers. Loading different saves eventually fixes the problem but it ultimately returns after for example running a sexout animation.

I've tried reinstalling the replacer which can be found here : http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/38527/? but this problem occurs with or without the replacer. Im also using mod organizer so I know im not missing any vanilla animations.

Have you tried holstering the weapon and unholstering it?

 

If that fixes the problem (temporarily), it's a Fallout bug, and I don't know how to permanently fix it.
