no matter what texture i use it looks like this (i'm out of ideas)

im trying to run my skyrim on my laptop that i havent used for skyrim for about 2 months now. 

Now that i open up skyim again my textures ended up looking like this, no matter how many manual texture file replacements i go, it all looks like this:

 

sometimes the body will be right but sometimes only the hands are right. i dont know what i'm doing wrong here at this point.

For me, it looks like shadows - not texture problem.

Graphics settings, drivers changed - or ENB maybe.
