How to change the profile picture?

Hi I am new here, don't know much about the forum it looks really interesting that's why I signed up. I was trying to change my profile picture but no matter how many time I past my url it says profile disabled.

You have to post a couple of times before you are able to upload a picture to be used as your avatar.

This now makes sense to me haha, was mashing away trying different browsers and debugging the php / html, turns out it's a case of increasing content count xD Doh!
