Guest Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 Â Â Â Would it help if I gave you my load order? What sort of mods would cause the conflict? I use UIextentions, iHud, Better Dialogue control etc. but I doubt does alter SkyUI code. Â Â Why not? Please the full one. I will try to reproduce and identify the problem. Â Done. Check PM.
AnonAngelion Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 This mod isn't working for me, I have the most up to date version of Skyui, I click into the rearranger and press "Find mods" on all 3 pages and nothing shows up. Â I've left the mod installed and played for a while to give it time to become aware of the other mods, but when I tried again to find the mods it just doesn't find anything, I don't understand what is going wrong.

I don't make mods so I'm inexperienced in using logs and things, if you can give a quick step by step on how to get papyrus to read the mod I'll try for you, I did attempt to use the logging once ages ago, but at the time I couldn't figure out if it was working or not, when I looked in the papyrus log after a ctd or something the log would be empty, think it was when I first started using sexlab, the write to log option wasn't working as far as I could tell.  but as I said...I'm inexperienced, sorry to be a pain.
Guest Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 To enable the logging, go to your Skyrim.ini file (in the Skyrim folder or in the Profile folder, in case you use MO) and be sure you have these lines somewhere:   [Papyrus]  bEnableLogging=1  bEnableTrace=1  bLoadDebugInformation=1   Then run the game, try the mod, and then exit.  The file should be in Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Logs/Script/ and should be called Papyrus0.log Zip it, and post it as an attachment.

I use NMM, anyway I'll try to get back to u as soon as possible
Guest Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 They are not the same thing. May I advise to get the latest PapyrusUtil from Ashal and install it overwriting everything else? Maybe another mod installed an old version of it. Â

I use NMM, anyway I'll try to get back to u as soon as possible   So I turned the logs on in the ini as instructed, loaded up the game and repeated the find mods thing several times in your mod, sadly tho I got the same results here that I did last time I tried to use logs, I attached what was in the skyrim/scripts folder anyway but apart from one line of seemingly unrelated data, the logs are blank.  I did follow your instructions, turning on logging, tracing and info, yet it shows nothing, I don't get how papyrus works so I have no idea what could be causing issues with it.

Maybe another mod installed an old version of it. Â I have the latest version of sexlab so my papyrus should be up to date, nevertheless, I downloaded the seperate version and installed to make sure, I think I did it, it was the original PapyrusUtilDev file that I needed, as that seemed to have the right looking stuff in it, I've attached it, tho rearranger is at the end of my load order it loads it first in papyrus anyway, other than that I don't see any errors in the execution. Â to be more precise about what happens, when I click find mods on all 3 pages, the "find mods" button turns into other text, which flies by too fast for me to see, after pressing it repeatedly I can just barely make out it saying "Removal Complete" at the final message, however it also says other stuff before that, this shoots by in literally milliseconds, which is why I can't read it, I can only just make out the last bit of text as it finishes the process. Â the first page has text like save and load reconfiguration or something, all that is greyed out, preventing me from activating any of it, I can only press "find mods", hope this helps. PapyrusUtilDev.7z
Guest Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 Having the save and load disabled, it when your PayrusUtil is NOT version 33 at least. THis happens when other mods overwrite the SexLab one with an older version. Â The fast messages are not important, they are used just to show the progress in case of slow PCs. The last message is the only one that is important. Â The log is not the right one. The file I am looking for is called "Papyrus0.log" and should be in your Documents folder.

I DO have papyrus 3.3, not only do I use the very last version of sexlab but I even installed the seperate version of papyrus 3.3 just to be sure, I have been away for a couple days so haven't gotten round to more testing yet but I assure u, as far as being up to date goes, I update all my mods regularly and make sure I string my load order together, by hand, as securely as humanly possible, whilst also getting my desired game results.  I do have a lot of mods as I enjoy testing new ones, so I wonder if there is a limit to...specifically...the "esp's" the mod will read, NOT referring to MCM menus, I mean actual esp's, I have fewer MCM's than the mod page specifies, however I have much greater total "esp's" than that total.  next time I feel awake and ready to tinker, I will once again look for this papyrus log that I can't seem to find, I have a number of papyrus related things, mostly logs, dotted around in various folders it seems, making the pinpointing of the right one a ball ache, they are called different things too, I believe I've checked the folder u have mentioned but could not find the specific log u wanted, when I find it I will post it to u.

Yes, there is a limit, and it is 128 entries of MCM menus. Why 128? Because this is the limit imposed by SkyUI.

Guest Posted September 30, 2017 Posted September 30, 2017 Mod working fine on my end. Â I would love some more options like a option to "hide" a MCM. There several mods that after you configure it there no need to change them again. So hiding them would really remove the clutter.

Hiding a mod is not really possible because once registered it cannot be removed from SkyUI. But I will check what I can do (no promises.)
donttouchmethere Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 thx cpu, your mod rocks! =D i configure MCMs a looooot and your rearranger helps to save time and prevents my mouse wheel from overheating \o/ Â still some mods wont get found by the Rearranger, for example Deviously Enslaved Continued will it be added in the future or is it just my setup?
Guest Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 Some miss do not use the standard way. Just send the links and I will make them working.
donttouchmethere Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 hereby i offically ask to add http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2414-deviously-enslaved-continued/ from http://www.loverslab.com/user/180569-verstort/ to your SkyUI Rearranger  (hope he doesnt mind)  thx in advance
Verstort Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Would setting the mod name in the init cause this issue? Â Long time ago (can't find it searching) I got a user that complained that his menu would never show, said he fixed it by setting the modname in the init rather than through the previous method. ; @overrides SKI_ConfigBase event OnConfigInit() ModName = "Deviously Enslaved" ; Why is this here? Because one user found his menu wasn't loading, ; and the log said there was no name ; setting the name here fixed it That user might no longer play, or he might have found whatever was causing his issue. If changing it would help your mod work better, let me know I'll change it.

But the problem of your MCM not appearing it is because you have an empty page 0. And this can create problems in SkyUI. Â I am checking what is going on with your mod with my Rearranger. In case it is needed I will add some custom code to manage it. Â Cheers.
Guest Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 OK, I did not find why your mod (in some cases) has no name in MCM. But I added an exception for it, and now it works in the Rearranger.
Xiaron Posted January 20, 2018 Posted January 20, 2018 I've needed something like this for ages, thanks! Seems like it's working 90% for me, but the second page of mods is empty when I click on it, and the mod order stops around 'S'. Any idea what's going on?
Guest Posted January 20, 2018 Posted January 20, 2018 No, but I will check if there is an error in my code. If I find a problem I will fix it.
Xiaron Posted January 20, 2018 Posted January 20, 2018 24 minutes ago, CPU said: No, but I will check if there is an error in my code. If I find a problem I will fix it. Awesome, thanks. Even with that little problem your mod is a lifesaver.
