majnoon Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 i am trying to run and use schlongs of skyrim but when i try and use it i get the above , i have installed the xpms skeleton and run everything through fnis and get no error messages, can anyone help please.
myuhinny Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 SOS has it's own skeleton in it so reinstall it and make sure not to overwrite the skeleton with other mods that have skeletons in it. Then rerun FNIS.
majnoon Posted August 19, 2017 Author Posted August 19, 2017 but the skeleton in fnis i must have in order to run fnis, Â
myuhinny Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 There is no skeleton in FNIS. Reinstall SOS then XPMSE but make sure XPMSE doesn't overwrite SOS's skeleton. SOS might have to be below XPMSE in the load order so that it doesn't override SOS. Then rerun FNIS.
Nazzzgul666 Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 Why shouldn't xpmse overwrite SoS? Usually you want it to do that.
myuhinny Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 I don't install XPMSE I just grab the files I need and drop them into the folder that I need them in I don't touch any of the SOS files and have never had a problem with SOS only time that I have had a problem is when a skeleton mod or skeleton overwrote it's skeleton so I don't allow anything to touch SOS anymore and have never had anymore problems with SOS.
majnoon Posted August 19, 2017 Author Posted August 19, 2017 if you use fnis you must install xpmse, otherwise it wont work, so your comments make no sense Â
myuhinny Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 No you do not have to have XPMSE installed unless it's a master for something you don't need to install it. Just grab the skeleton files you need place them where they need to be. Everything works fine HDT SOS sexlab mods I have never had a problem not having XPMSE installed.
fore Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 Why shouldn't xpmse overwrite SoS? Usually you want it to do that. Â Yes you need XPMSE's skeletons as well. Â Keep in mind that XPMSE provides 6 skeletons. 2 hkx skeletons, 2 nif skeletons, 2 nif beast skeletons. Â Take all of XMPSE's skeletons, and let them be overwritten by the 2 SoS skeletons (skeleton.nif, skeletonbeast.nif)

That includes especially SoS. That it's once supposed to be the other way around is something i don't really get.
majnoon Posted August 20, 2017 Author Posted August 20, 2017 how do you get xpmse to be overwritten by SOS
Philip J. Fry Posted August 22, 2017 Posted August 22, 2017 how do you get xpmse to be overwritten by SOS I suggest you learn to use Mod Organizer, so that you can have control over which overwrites which. I use xmps, hdt and sos. Everything works fine for me.Â
majnoon Posted August 22, 2017 Author Posted August 22, 2017 thanks, ive now got this , thanks for your comments
