Simple ..?

Just use the right mods.
I use:
1) Female Body and armors (for the body)
2) BBjigglePhysics (for breast and butt physics)
3) Improved Quality of Life (for the size of ALL the body)
The mods can be found on Steam in the Conan Exiles Workshop.

Improved quality of life? Alright, thanks. I hadn't seen that one so maybe that's what I was missing. This is probably a shot in the dark, but do you know of any futa mods out there by any chance?

Thank you for this, I bought this game when it came out and didn't really play it. I look forward to it now that my character can have the proportions I go with in other games
I still have a lot of customising and mods to look into. but I'm just learning the game atm.

I don't know this mod and I saw that there is only a photo of a toilet ... Can you give a brief description of what is interesting about it, even posting some photos?

There is a lot in ExilesExtreme and Sibercat keeps adding more, but what I remember is horns, wings, and usable furniture.
