Wrye Bash and load order force change

Hello!

So everytime you run wrye Bash it completely destroy my load order. Lucky i keep a backup of my load order.

But its getting annoying that everytime i want to rebuild my bash patch i also have to recopy my load order again.

Is there any way to stop wrye bash from changing your load order? Why on earth does it even force change your load order?

You can just do ctrl+z after start up.

try makeing plugins load order and dlc read only

Its been a while since I used Wyre Bash (Oblivion) but cant you just set "rules" in BOSS? obviosly everyone uses LOOT now but you might be able to do something similar?
