There's an option to "reset all settings" or something, this will stop all scripts and undo all other changes done by the mod. In fact i also uninstalled NAC during my current playthrough, and have no issues whatsoever. I just had to look up what the "Horizon" mod is. The 23 bug reports didn't make you suspicious? Either way you may want to read the mod description again, check for conflicting/required mods, adjust load order manually (don't rely on LOOT). If you weren't using MO i would also recommend to reinstall the mods in question.

StableBot Posted August 5, 2017 Author Posted August 5, 2017 Play around with it a bit, it was because I deleted all my texture.bsa2 after I unpacked them. All is good now after unpacking texture files again.
