Pretty argonian/khajiit mods?

Anyone got how to make Khajiit or argonians look pretty for gameplay?

Define "pretty". Do you mean make them just human face with scales/fur or keep their looks, but more a texture recommendation? If the second one check out Feminine Argonian and Feminine Khajiit texture mods on Nexus (he also did the males of those races too if you want them to match).
