Well, you can manipulate a Sims' body in CAS. There are mods that extend the 'sliders', too, but they affect all Sims, even the ones the player already made.

ty guys! i finally decide use  sliders by Black Cinema, and about prostition mod, dont work for me (i use the v2 and v4)
