Has anyone ever seen one? An Ash Hopper head set up as a helmet? I could have sworn I saw one once, but I can't find it any more.

in the Amazing world of bikini armor mod, there is a falmer helmet that does look a little bug like.  Not sure if that's what you're remembering.
