Do you play with Deadly Reflex?

How do I fix this bug? I get it every time I do deadly reflex critical decapitation. 

 

I tried using different skeletons.

Dunno, i don't get this, but if this helps im using the universal skeleton.

I recommend as Mailamea did, switch to the universal skeleton by Growlf.

I tried using different skeletons Coronerras Maximum Compatibility Skeleton, Growlf's skeleton, and BBB Ragdoll Breast Physics. I get this bug with all of them. I tried to test Controllable and Totalcontrollable skeleton versions but it didn't make the difference.

If you are using growlf's universal skeleton (controllable version) that should very rarely happen. 

Generally when it does happen (again it should be rare) is with a armor\clothing that uses an older skeleton.

I am using Nephernee13 DMRA armor/clothing repalcer.

I used to play it in a more or less vanilla game...

Until I started using all those body replaces, and things got messy.

 

Good mod though!
