Think that is what ya'll are looking for.

I already I have this skeleton. I meant uvskeleton that is BBB friendly so you don't have to turn off skeleton switching in UVII ini.

If one doesn't turn off skeleton switching then boobs to infinity bug appears.

Can't play the game without it + it is smooth and somewhat realistic with Duke Patricks Melee mod

Anyone knows mod similar to MMM Durability and damage? I tried Duke's Melee Mod but it just takes away too many FPS on my machine.

I was fan of DR5 but when I am using psoe or healing spell on NPCs they sometimes sees it as crime acts, about DR6 I really have no idea how to enable it. reading it still do me no good to figure it out :(

I am just testing Duke Patricks - Melee Combat NO RECOIL. Is there way to turn off the blurring of the screen when fatigue drops to low levels? I checked the ini and did not see such setting.

Stopped using it after the fifth or sixth time it raised my first person POV about six feet above my character's head.

All you needed was the 1st person skeleton fix and this would have gone away: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/40482

Didn't exist when I used DR. I wouldn't reinstall it at this point, my mod list just broke the 200 mark.

I never liked it much anyways. The Elder Scrolls series isn't about combat, with the exception of Todd Howard's Viking Playground. If Bethesda keeps trying to turn the series into a hack and slash with RPG elements, that's when I stop playing new ES games. I won't buy the next game unless they bring back the combat and magic systems from Morrowind, which means I'm done with this series.

Yes' date=' just open up the weapon in CS and reduce the damage value. :dodgy:

It's a hell of work to do. I was just asking maybe someone got better ideas. :D

It hardly takes two minutes to do. There is no other way of change the damage on a weapon. :dodgy: If your gonna be to lazy to do it then don't even bother asking other people for a better idea on how to do it.

Two minutes to edit every single sword, axe, hammer and bow in the game? I don't think so.

///

Beside the Duke Patricks - Melee Combat NO RECOIL got some script which makes weapon do more damage because even the weapons from mods do more damage. So I don't think editing weapon damage values in CS would do anything. The script would overwrite the values.

///

set aadpMainQ.WeaponDamageScale to 1

Editing this can alter the damage. setting this. Recommended value is ≤ 0.5 but ≥ 1 if you're using Deadly Reflex 6 or/and Unnecessary Violence II.

^ What about Phitt's Phiting Pixes? It's sort of like Duke Patrick's combat minus the heavy scripting. Could also play with DPMC's ini settings, not just the weapon but what the dmg is dependent on (skill, prince something or other, strength). I Like DPMC+DR because it makes the combat swift and visceral. One mistake I die, yay.

Phitt's Phiting Pixes?

Where do I find that mod? Even google couldn't find it https://encrypted.google.com/#hl=en&tbo=d&output=search&sclient=psy-ab&q=Phitt%27s+Phiting+Pixes&oq=Phitt%27s+Phiting+Pixes&gs_l=hp.3...612.612.0.831.1.1.0.0.0.0.140.140.0j1.1.0.les%3B..0.0...1c.1.Daw5nl5QpdM&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&fp=a259d8854e5d9384&bpcl=39314241&biw=1440&bih=732

Thanks sroro. :)

I am having very minor issue with the combustive convulsion spell. After a victim's body explodes long purple lines point from the remains to the face of the player. Screenshot provided. Missing textures?

It could be. There was a fix for the combustive convulsion spell to replace the ankleplugs.nif in version 6 with the one from version 5. You might check your file to see if it has the correct textures for that nif. Growlf's universal skeleton along with the bbb deadly reflex first person fix is needed also.

That is correct :). Replacing ankleplugs.nif do really solve the problem with combustive convulsion spell. No purple lines. However the cineration animation (triggered by fire damage in general) has a bug in it. The charred body misses sometimes the limbs, torso or hands etc.

I guess you can't eat the cake and have it with Deadly Reflex.

Anyone tried to configure the Deadly Reflex ini to increase the amputation chance? I tried to do it myself but I couldn't do it without the bugs.

I've got another problem with Deadly Reflex... Every time I stab knocked down enemy the game enters bullet time that is just too slow. I remmeber bullet time being used in stabbing knocked down enemies but it wasn't that slow.

I misconfigured the DeadlyReflexINI. I am done with messing with the Deadly Reflex ini file. I only restored the default ini file. This little restoration solved the prolonged bullet time issue.  I didn't figure out which value I edited incorrectly but my shot was this or something along these lines since I saw couple values incorporating fragment "impaledown.fquestdelaytime."

set skycaptainsNPCimpaledown.fquestdelaytime

Deadly reflex is very fun if you have finally configured the settings you want. But is really a pain. As of now im not touching my nor deleteing my Oblivion since its in perfect setup and not wanting to screw over 300 mereged mods

Um... did you configure your Deadly Reflex ini?  :blush:

I set scc.momemtumincreasemult 5 to set scc.momemtumincreasemult 10 and I do more unpredictable combat moves. Yay ^^
