Probably not everyone's tastes, but what I particularly like about this setup is that it looks good with lots of different characters and most importantly looks good in motion, not just at CC. I'm not going to post links as this is all Nexus. Use Apachii Sky Hair as well (duh). See my attachment for files, and apply in this order:

Install by unpacking and copying into the relevant location. Install order that seems to work:

 

1. Enhanced Character Edit [lots more options at CC]

Within the ECE, install in this order (don't bother with the other folders):

a. 00 Main first.

b. 01 ECE second.

c. English Sliders last.

 

2. UNP BASE Main body [The basic mesh and texture for UNP bodies]

 

3. UNPB-BBP v2.2 standard Pack [Overwrites above, has bigger bust and some jiggle. Also contains an animation folder with more feminine walking and running animations]

 

4. Victoria High Heels Walk (VHH walk) [shares some of the files of above and therefore rewrites them, but importantly lets our character run/walk towards the camera rather than just backing away]

 

5. Pretty Face [a nice smooth face texture/mesh, overwrites normal UNP faces]

 

6. Pretty Face Darker Eyebrows [optional, if you find normal eyebrows from above too light]

 

7. Pretty Face UNP Neck Patch [fixes neck seam for our UNP body]

 

8. The Eyes of Beauty [or whateve eye back we're running these days]

Pretty faces seems to fuck shit up with the non human races, so avoid anything that isn't Breton, Imperial or Nord like the plague.

 

If you want heavier bounce, install UNP-BBP v2.2x Pack Fixed after stage 2.

Someone needs to put together a strait up guide on face/body textures, cause there are far too many options and as it is I can't find a set that "works" for me. There is too much stuff with normal maps and overwrites and what not that I just do not understand. Mature skin looks dirty, pretty face is too smooth and shiny, sg textures are red and splotchy. Some of the different race textures look solid, but don't have the power/stats I want, and thats something I have yet to learn enough about that I would trust myself not screw it up.

 

Basically, can someone give me a recommendation on a set of textures that when combined look youngish (early to mid 20s), is not shiny like plastic, and does not have splotchy/overly distressed skin? I use unp, racemenu, and project enb, realistic preset.

Someone needs to put together a strait up guide on face/body textures, cause there are far too many options and as it is I can't find a set that "works" for me. There is too much stuff with normal maps and overwrites and what not that I just do not understand. Mature skin looks dirty, pretty face is too smooth and shiny, sg textures are red and splotchy. I don't use an ENB an I haven't bothered for the right light, nice poses or anything else. I am not even finished with reworking the face shapes in the CK and I need to finetune the make up. The faces are my "somewhat pleased"-result for the moment (I took some more care for the butts though :-)

Wow, even gwangdoll is playing Skyrim. I practically drooled over his oblivion twin characters xD

If I remember correctly, vergil's the one who created the character for his brother. You can find the same character on the "Show your Skyrim Counterpart" thread on pages 115 - 120, I think, can't remember xD

I guess this is pretty the max you can get if you are a noob at modding something by yourself and if you use CBBE.

The FaceGenData is handworked by CK and NPCEditor (Using NPCEditor you able to overcome the CK lip gloss bug, just make an equivalent NPCEditor makeup, rename it to the ActorID and replace the CK makeup .dds file by it) and I am not finished yet.

 

 

PS: If anybody knows a not so muscular but still somewhat athletic normal map for CBBE females (if possible without scars and dirt and such things), let me know pls.

Started playing this game earlier this week. Tried to get into it back around launch but only played for a few mins before getting distracted by other games. That was before I built a new rig and on a whim decided to look into this games modding scene.

And followed Liuli's instructions on how to get the ball rolling.

-I pulled a custom ThighsPlus slider from http://www.loverslab.com/topic/19736-update-2013july29-see-change-log-venus-body-presets-for-cb/ and added it into my own Bodyslide but I guess I need to add the text lines to each armor groups XML files because I noticed while taking these screenshots that some of my armors reverted my character's thighs to non ThighsPlus levels.

I've got a few mods to recommend as well. I found that the "cat walk" mod linked to in the above thread about install order as well as the momo run that comes with Dragonfly's TBBP that was linked did nothing really for butt jiggle physics. I thought maybe I had installed something wrong and wound up screwing up my install trying to manually uninstall some files and had to redownload the game and start modding all over (lol). I changed out almost all of the animations with these:

-Female Animation Pack: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29408//? A massive pack of tweaked and overall improved female animations. After installing this I overroad some files with~

-Natural Breast Animation http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35035/? though the idle animation is not BBP enabled so I didn't copy over the one from the above pack. I do need a better idle animation though (the stance is cute for normal sized characters but I like my girls with big ol thighs) so if anyone has suggestions of their favorites I'm open.

-Over all the above I installed http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13272/? BBP enabled with a sway on par with NBA

 

I've still got some improvements to add to this character and I'm still a screen shot newbie for this game (still trying to figure out TFC controls and stuff, are there any mods aimed at screen shot taking?). Her race is simply the Breton and I may or may not have had the mature skin texture installed over just the face. I don't remember if I added it and just overwrote it or not after I reinstalled Skyrim because it was all in the span of a few days, but I'm 80% sure the default face doesn't have beauty marks.

 

If anyone is interested in my body preset I'll be happy to post it.
