If you're brave enough to use TES5Edit or CK, you can assign the SexLabNoStrip and the SOS_Revealing keywords to any skimpy armor that's already revealing, like The Amazing World of Bikini Armor, or any of NSK13's armor (Merta Assassin, Cassandra Frost Witch, etc.) and the armor won't strip / will show a female schlong.

 

The only thing this trick won't do is let you use an HDT pussy.  For that, you need to rebuild the outfit in Outfit Studio with a UUNP Special body as the base.
