Random Bugs

I've been having a few random bugs lately some of which i have found the solutions for but others not, although i dont recall if i made a clean save when i updated sexout so that may be the problem. The first one is in vault 19 i had escaped from epstein and talked to Sam cook to do his quest cleared the geckos and when to turn in the quest but going back i found a friendly raider named Fiends Gangbanger standing randomly in the hall then everyone in the vault started to attack me so everyone there is dead. Then was whoring for the ncr when randomly next to me Mary Holmwood from sexout store walks up and starts following me around and only after she appears my game starts randomly crashing after whoring so now i have a mary holmwood companion i guess. i know some mods can cause npc wandering but npc following? Hate writing long posts like this but anyone know of specific mods that can cause the npc following me? These are probably just coincidental things that are happening at the same time but never had anyone randomly follow me before. Can post LO if needed

I've encountered the random NPC follower myself. For me it was Lacey from Mojave Outpost. I *think* it comes from putting off hookups. When they come hit on you and you tell them "lets find somewhere more private" they follow you around til you bang em. Once you fuck them, they randomly pop up following you around again sometimes.

 

I did a clean sexout save and she went home.

I've seen the same but without the sequence of not following through on a hookup. Just some dude following you around like a love-lorn puppy. Happens quite a bit with casino managers, actually, so I used to think it had something to do with packing heat & the whole holdout weapons thing. But clearly not.
