This doesn't look like a problem of this mod, consider looking at the body model you use.

Unfortunately this only happens when I have your CC in the mod folder. I am happy to support your creations, but would like a fix.
I used the 50/50 method to find out which CC is causing this in the CAS. Unfortunately for me it was the Shameless Underwear.
In a support discord someone said it was the slots or sliders.
This “error” only occurs with women.

In this case, did you tried with Shameless Underwear only? Because I can't reproduce the issue.

Can't say anything about custom sliders, I don't use any.

I test it only with MCCC, WW and it works. It looks like another CC is interfere with your CC. Even if I remove the last CCs which I added.

You can try saving the problematic sim you shown above with CC using Sims 4 Tray Importer, I assume this can make it easier to find the broken CC.

I try to figure it out. I only see this in one household. But it happens only with females. I can put any t-shirt, bra etc on a female Sim, as soon I remove it the upper body disapear. 

Could be an issue with double used slots ???

I don't think so, but it's hard to say, looks like some incorrectly tagged upper body CC. If you attach that female sim with CC, I can look at this.

I am very glad for your support for finding the bug. I was able to find the CC file that caused the error. This is part of the New Illusion2 Strip Club CC.
As soon as I add this file back into the EA Mods folder, the upper body of each woman in the CAS disappears.
I am trying to find an update of this file (even if I dont know what it is) and am curious if you can reproduce the bug.

I am not an authority, but I seem to recall that being a mesh that reshapes the female chest to big tits, same job as Eve, BB or Allure. Completely safe to remove at this point, especially if u have one of the above replacers or even Hokusais sliders.

Any help is welcome. You are right, this is a body CC. Since I use Wild Guys female body details, I don't need this and have deleted it. Now, despite today's update, everything is running smoothly again.

Yes, it's broken, I can reproduce the bug.

This is the default override of the female nude top. It's a little strange that you used it and didn't even know what it is.

Well, alright, I fixed it, but in my opinion if you like that mesh, it's better to use the one from my Old Good Bodies, it's quite similar, but better.

Anyways, here is the fixed file:

These things aren't the same. This file is a mesh (3D model). Also it's a default override that means you see it in CAS by default when remove top clothing (you can use only one default override in the game or they will conflict). And Female Body Details are textures that are applied to the mesh you use.

What is the difference or improvement between your female body and the old good bodies?

The CC pack of Illusion strip club is simply too big to check all the files for their content.

I'm not a very good builder and I'm a complete beginner when it comes to mods.

But I learn from mistakes like this.

Do you mean between this TIT-E and Old Good Bodies? The second one has more correct breast shape.
