Use mods. Sexlab isn't meant to initiate sex, it's only a framework with some very rudimental test features. Matchmaker can trigger more then 1 on 1, but it's still not much more than a better tool for testing.

Depending on your taste if you want consensual/rape/bestiality, random sex or story there are a lot of mods to try. Do it.

Match maker has 2 spells a manual one where you try to hit all the ones including yourself if needed with the spell before the animation starts or mass match maker spell where everyone within your players radius will get hit by the spell.

 

You can also use match maker to test and make sure sexlab is working correctly before installing other sex mods that will be using sexlab.
