Easier install or Auto Installer for Sex Lab?

Hello. Is there an easier way to install SexLab and other mods? Like auto installer or .zip file containing all needed files. I tried to install it manually according to this tutorial http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25219-getting-started-with-sexlab-how-to-install-sexlab-and-its-requirements/ but my English language isn't very good and something went wrong. So, is there any auto installer for SexLab? Or do you know any similar mods to have sex?

I'm not aware of any such thing. But if you tell us what went wrong with your installation, we can probably help fixing the problem.
