How can i use female head mesh to work on male body? Can someone explain please?

if you change the sex of a female in console to male it will keep the female head and use male body. For NPC's at least,

easy way is to have a body mesh set as an armor 

then equip the body

Thank you very much, maybe I should set my local to Mandarin Chinese first before typing stuff in such sites. Also, I did some Googling and found a playable version of the AVA follower (one of the very first male followers to have such feature). Did a little tweaking and results seem ok.
