The first one is a DAZ studios outfit it has been around for a long time the above one is a retexture of that outfit the outfits name is called eterna there are multiple versions of it out there.  

 

Here is one that I found you might be able to find the texture files and change them out.

Second one is the merchant robes from Gomaperopero clothing replacer

No idea about the other parts. Stockings looks like something from nsk13, maybe a retex, IDK.

I've found the 2nd outfit, it's from this mod, The Undercover Thief, and the black retexture is from Rustic Clothing. Now I just need to find that robe from the 1st screenshot.
