Like, I mean made of living flesh. Real Silent Hill body horror stuff?

 

Or, for that matter, armor that makes your character look skinless?

The 2nd and third pictures are oblivion creatures. The first one is from oblivion the other is from cursed armor or monster girl. You might be able to port the 2nd one to skyrim but it would be more of a player model type.

True. I just posted them as inspiration, to suggest the kind of thing I meant, not as a specific request.
