Could you, if possible, make it so that there's a bigger difference between the dick sizes when the "shaft" slider in Looksmenu is at minumum or maxed out?

Right now, you can barely tell the difference

I am having problems with the key binds, I changed the keys to the new keys I wanted, but the old key binds are still working. Home key still spawns NPCs nude in front of me when I only want my NumPad 0 to do it. What do I do to fix it?
