Crash to Desktop when talking to an NPC

Hi

 

I´ve installed the game like it was told in the description in every mod, use BOSS to sort the load order. But now the game crash to desktop everytime I´m going to talk to an npc or the npc wants to tank to me. The game crashs just the moment after I press "E" to talk to him/her.

 

The game has been installed new, also downloaded all the mods new. without the sexout.esm, the game works.

I´m not good at modding things, but until now, most things gone well, perhaps someone has an idea what the problem could be.

Something is changing NPC dialogue options and causing a conflict. Run FNV Edit, it will show you whats conflicting and let you fix it. Search "FNV EDIT" on nexus and get both the program itself and the training manual. That program is a godsend for modders and mod users for finding and fixing problems in mods.

I've done everything what the manual said but it doesn't work.....could it maybe be that the german version of the game cause the conflicts?

could it be that you have the german version too?

Its a known problem here and on nexus, for some reason the german version of NV doesn't like violence and sex mods. You may need to pick up an english version.

There has been limited success getting sexout to work with the german version running an 'un cut' patch. You also need to make sure you're using the 'nogore' version of NVSE (the main NVSE that is -- extender and plugins work fine with either one).

 

The best solution though, as already pointed out, is to just buy the north american edition if you can.

the uncut patch is enough. with it the mod works for me
