If that's the red outfit they would only be able to be fixed if you redo the foot mesh inside the shoes using a 3d tool.

 

Seems the bloodmage armor the main 65.6m version has some weight painting issues with the _0 body nif when loaded into nifskope shows a black screen and nothing else.

 

Yeap loaded the _0 nif up into outfit studios masked everything and then tried to export it threw up a weight painting issue that'll need to be fixed by when you use it the bad spot is found on the back strap between the legs on the inside layer of the strap. If you don't fix it then that spot it going to stretch or the mesh is going to be gone in that spot.
