I think the first one could be an Aethernet Dashboard (some kind of VR/Cyberspace equivalent of a PC desktop) accessed via some PCs in some apartments in Knox. Perhaps in one of the apartment complexes in Elhnofney's Landing (or whatever that area is called). No idea at all on the others. Sorry I can't be of more help.
