Player has dirty skin

I've got this weird glitch/bug where the player character (and only the PC) seems to have a dirty skin and face, despite not selecting any dirt or grime in the character creation screen.

 

It looks like this:

 

Oddly enough, it doesn't affect any NPC's and affects the player character whether they're male or female.

 

I don't have any skins/meshes installed for male, but I do for females, but given that the problem is affecting both genders, I don't think it's those skins/meshes causing the problem.

 

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it?

In case anyone finds this and has the same problem, it was an issue with CWSS. Make sure you turn off the dirt effect and it should work fine.
