TESTED. THIS RIG WON'T WORK IN-GAME AT THE MOMENT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. I'LL UPDATE AGAIN WHEN I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!

Hi everyone :D, as you've know I've just returned to animation creating since a few days ago after a long hiatus. Thanks to many supportive members, I've got a lot of useful tips that can make my work way easier. Still, it doesn't change the fact that I'm very lazy :P, and hours spending rotating (then re-rotating) every single arm and leg bone to get them into the position I want is frustrating.

For that very reason, I've modified the rig (just female for now), so that you can animate the whole arm or leg using just a single bone.

I owe our azmodan for his suggestion :D.

Still, I'm just a beginner, so I need people help testing it out, to make sure that it works like it should. I hope this can help other animators, especially beginners like myself, to have an easier time giving other members quality products in shorter time.

So here it is.

As you can see, there are 5 new bones on the picture above. The four bigger ones are the control bones:

-L_Leg_Ctrl

-R_Leg_Ctrl

-L_Arm_Ctrl

-R_Arm_Ctrl

Their names are pretty self-explainatory. You select the one you want, then MOVE OR ROTATE (yes, you can do both, unlike other bones) to animate it.

The small bone at the center, between the rig's legs, is the new root bone. Use it instead of the old ROOT_bind if you want to move the entire rig. The old one now will still move everything, except the new root and the rig's hands and feet (the limbs are still attached to the hands and feet though, and will rotate accordingly). This means this new rig can somewhat solve the problem of pinning those bones in position when animating. Though I have to note, it's not perfect. They still slide somewhat if you move the ROOT_bind. But they should be "in place" enough to make the afterward adjustment less of a chore than before, especially with the news control bones.

Please help me test this out.

Thank you :D.
