Missing Meshes Everywhere

There are red signs with exclamation points all over the place. There are at least fifteen on screen at any given moment. This started after I tried to install a bunch of graphic mods (the ones from this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/6dhim1/its_amazing_what_mods_can_do_to_a_game/),which resulted in an infinite loading screen. I removed the mods, and now the ILS is gone, but now I have the missing meshes problem.

EDIT: Also have metal rings around my ankles for some reason, and equipping leg armor makes my ankles disappear all-together.

EDIT 2: I installed then uninstalled static mesh improvement mod, which I heard causes this when you delete it.

Looks like you are missing XPMSE, the skeleton most mods rely on.

Verify your game files through steam and try starting a new game to see if you still have issues.

For missing meshes you would have to see what those mods altered if they altered a mod you have installed then you would have to reinstall if they altered in game files then you would have to do like gregathit suggests and verify your game files through steam and see if that fixes the missing mesh problem.

Hmmmm .... did you run BodySlide?

I've tried deleting Skyrim - Meshes.bsa then verifying integrity of game cache, and cleaning master files. Neither have worked. I have also replaced XPMS with XPMSE.
