Weird UI/Menu Glitch

So I recently got back to Oblivion after trying out Skyrim, and while it was fun, it didn't exactly run well on my computer, so I downgraded a bit to Oblivion.

It took a while but thanks to Bevilex's modlist for Oblivion (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47591/?) I managed to get a good setup for my game. At first I tried subbing out Darnified UI for HUD Status Bars Enhanced but I found out it was causing this weird glitch on the menus and UI where there's purple textures/static surrounding them or when I mouse over the options so I re-installed the game because it kept on causing random crashes that pretty much left me in the tutorial prison. The second time I decided to skip HUD Status Bars and keep Darnified UI, and at first I thought everything was fine until...it happened again. Same deal. The textures appear when I open up the options menu and sometimes they appear to take over the inventory icons too.  Usually when they appear, the game crashes shortly after so I can't play for very long. 

 

 

I've tried looking for solutions. Most of them said it had something to do with missing textures but they were for landscapes and not exactly for UI or menus. I have Archive Invalidation and have sorted my mods using BOSS. I really don't want to re-install my game for a third time and I'd really want to know what's causing this problem. Is it a UI or HUD specific glitch? Has anyone else experienced the same kind of problem?

EDIT: Tried deactivating Darnified UI on OBMM to see if it'll solve the problem, game crashed on startup. Re-installed/activated it and everything seemed fine. The glitches were still there but I was able to play for a good while before crashing upon opening the inventory. Some new graphical bugs surfaced; namely green pixel-y grounds and a face. (Happened to just one NPC so far) These would go away after a while but would reappear again. (Happened to see some in the ground and walls of Fort Rayles)

 

EDIT2: Tried deactivating Darnified UI again as well as deleting my Oblivion.ini, and playing to see it'll go away. No such luck, it still happens even on the default UI and I got a crash shortly after loading my save. For clarification, I have tried a new game and a save, both with and without Lovers plugins, crashing still happens. Debating on whether or not to opt for a fresh re-install.

Yup, quite a few times in fact.

Ah darn it, looks like a re-installation it is then.

EDIT: Okay, did a full re-install and I've installed Darnified UI as well as the other mods with no problems like this popping up yet.

About to install the remaining ones in the list (Map Marker Overhaul and Dynamic Map to be specific). I'm curious if it's Oblivion Reloaded causing the problem or the SweetFX setup I used. That or it's the ini edits.

 

EDIT2: Looks like OR is my main source of constant crashing. I installed it, loaded a save and crashing before it completed. Tried a new game, same thing. Deleted my ini and game generated a new one, freezing on title screen. As soon as I uninstalled it, the crashes went away but I'm gonna try again to see if I can make it work like last time. I also wonder if it's the cause of those UI static-y/pixel-y glitches.

 

EDIT3: Ok, can confirm. OR seems to be the cause of these. Tried running a game with nothing but OR and the Unofficial Patches and they showed up.
