Not an issue with you specifically.  I remember that there was a site issue where some mods uploaded got lost and it may have been around this time frame.  The authors had to reupload them (1 or 2 of the four-play mods from Vinfamy had to be reuploaded because of this).  The author of this mod doesn't appear to have back since uploading them originally, so they are lost unless someone else has the file.  Not sure if that is the actual problem in this case, but it seems likely.
