In the screenshots for Unethical Deeds there are a couple of pictures where some powder gangers purchase slaves.

But nowhere on the forum page or download page for the mod is it explained how to do it.

What do the drugging bullets do? For example the sleep bullets give the npc a sleepdrug token but nothing happens?
