Debby's a cute smart resourceful young ex-Brotherhood scientist who was born in vault 101, She used to be one of Brotherhood's highest regarded techies, But when Arthur Maxson took control of the east coast chapter Debby was upset with His methods & defected from the Brotherhood shortly after, She had decided She would rather die then march across the land killing anything remotely mutated & stripping people of technology in the name of they're protection....... Ever since Debby had abandoned the Brotherhood of Steel She spent Her time following & watching elder Maxson's movements hoping He'll never go full genocide. Debby is a 20 year old women with an I.Q. of 142 & a natural hair color of white that She dyes random colors every now & then. She was born with a medical condition that makes Her a urinary incontinent women which means She has no control over Her bladder & She wears diapers because of this, Debby's worn diapers Her whole life & always been embarrassed about it, But She's always feared not having diapers at all because then She'd eventually pee puddles in public. In the Brotherhood of Steel She was even made fun of by all the knights & paladins who would call Debby "Baby Girl" & tap Her butt whenever She walked by. But She never let anyone truly get to Her because of Her problem or let it hold Her back from being a confident person who eventually became a smart scientist, In fact She actually invented Her own small line of pacifiers & diapers just to spite everyone & for some of the mothers with infants while She was still in the Brotherhood, Debby even made one pacifier just for Herself because She would always suck Her thumb anyway when She would go to sleep at night, & now Debby has a guilty pleasure of sucking on Her binkie whenever She feels stressed out or takes a nap. You should make her into a follower, maybe finding her in some locked off child's room. The vaults have some rooms that would do, maybe a note giving a clue to her whereabouts... ' Please help me, I'm locked in a room in Vault 88. ' You could have her have some cool perks, that would fit in with her looks... - Free bottle of Milk each day. Handy for Survival Mode... - Adept at hand to hand combat. - Reach full affinity with her, to get double milk daily. - Pacify a single enemy daily... no clue how you'd do that one... Maybe involving equipping them with a Paralysis Pacifier... Humans or Supermutants only... Just some ideas... ?

These are great ideas I like these suggestions, Except for the pacify an enemy daily one... Putting pacifiers in random NPC's mouths sounds weird to me. I would love to make Debby a follower, I'd love to make Kitty Kimmy & Kemmy into followers also....... But for now I don't have the modding skillz to make a follower mod, I tried once with Kitty but I couldn't figure out how to program in Her looks.

It's pretty easy on Skyrim, using the tons of YouTube tutorial. Most of which are excellent, you just have to back up constantly, as the Skryim Creation Kit is very unstable and prone to crashing. The Fallout 4 Creation Kit is considerably worse, having to be launched from a website. I can't get it to last more than 10 minutes without crashing, if I open up the world to add items, the creation kit crashed to the desktop. Which is a shame, as I had some treasure hunts planned, along with fixing some of the irritatingly inaccessible building. Like Jamaica plains house and the station house at Oberland Station. Adding custom faces to characters I'm not sure about, I've used a mod called Face Ripper to take existing faces and add them to others. But that was in-game, and a long time ago. YouTube making a companion tutorial, I cannot vouch for this tutorial as I've never tried it, as my system doesn't like the Fallout 4 Creation Kit... but it was a quick search... I just use FO4Edit for making small mods and edits, and is what I make all my tiny mods with for Fallout 4. In regards to putting Pacifiers into a random strangers mouth being weird, Maggie Simpson Pacifier vid. ?
