If you're looking for the player to be one, most of us are using this Vaginaless Guide for 3BA by Cream_sicle. This lets you use the existing races, so the hair and cosmetics all work without any adjustments. The other alternative is Femboy Race Reborn, which adds a separate Femboy race, so you would have to manually add any extra hair or cosmetics yourself through the Creation Kit.

If you're just looking for femboy followers, there are some here in the download sections, some of them using the Femboy Race Reborn mod:
- Naked Femboy Followers (FRR required)
- Bsama Sabian (FRR required)

- Bsama Melienne (FRR required)

- BsamaNieto (FRR required)

- Dross the half orc femboy standalone follower

- The goth femboy twins standalone followers

- Jessy a bubblebutt standalone goth femboy follower

- Another Cbbe 3ba standalone femboy follower
