Shouldn't be too hard, they use separate bodies from default body shapes so you would need patches for their outfit, but otherwise you'd know where to look if things weren't working quite right for UBE body shape related stuff. That being said as far as the character creation stuff goes they also have a preset slider you can use to tilt the starting face preset towards something more to your liking (Or just straight up use most of those sliders to do the heavy lifting if you'd like) but it's pretty easy, tweak nose shape, mouth shape, eye shape, choose your favorite hair and bam. 1

Alright, I guess I'll keep an eye out at UBE and try to make it as a unique player character so only my boi is beautiful (and hung) when I come back to skyrim. UBE has a discord server you can go to check for patches, and there are some outfit patches on nexus too.
