I wrote up this short guide to help others who need more clarification on how to use dw's Vaginaless for CBBE 3BA. This is for those who are interested in creating femboys and/or t-girls in your own game! 😋

Note: This guide was primarily built to be used with TNG (The New Gentleman) in conjunction with RaceMenu Selector of Skins. I however, did include instructions for those who use SOS (Schlongs of Skyrim), though your success may vary!

Also note that this guide is preliminarily, meaning it’s my first guide and I have no idea how to typeset properly. I may also edit or change this guide to add additional information/context for better clarity. My apologies if it’s lacking. 😌

WARNING!: You must know how CBBE 3BA, BodySlide, and SOS or TNG works before taking on this task, otherwise you won't understand how any of the stuff below works either!

All credit goes to the hard and FREE work from each of these authors!

UPDATE!!: I've included a Step-by-Step Guide down below for those who need it.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the mod you need if you use CBBE 3BA (3BBB)

Note: For those looking to create a femboy, there are other body meshes (some even made specifically for femboys) out there you can install, i.e., UBE (Ultimate Body Enhancer). However they require you to use a new race as well as needing to patch the clothes you want to use in Outfit Studio. Otherwise the clothes won't fit the custom race's new body.

To use Vaginaless 3BA, you need four components, these are:

- A BodySlide Project for building the body mesh.

- A texture patch for your Skin Texture Replacer.

- A Schlong Add-on made to fit Vaginaless 3BA.

- And another texture patch for your chosen Schlong Add-on that matches your skin.

The BodySlide Project, texture patch for your Skin Texture Replacer, and texture patch for your Chosen Schlong Add-on are included in the download section of Vaginaless CBBE 3BA. Personally I use Diamond Skin for the base textures, however I also recommend BnP, or Fair Skin Complexion.

Note: For femboy characters, you can either download the Installer - Body Textures (Androgyny Pack) or one of the various other texture patches depending on what skin texture you use for CBBE 3BA. (Remember to select flat chested in the FOMOD if you take the latter option!)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Schlong Add-on I use is:

Note: TRX-ERF Hybrid Schlong requires TRX Futanari Addon which was removed, you have to join a discord to access them.

I don't have access to the link you'll have ask around the forums. 🙏

VERY IMPORTANT!: The Schlong Add-on REQUIRES either Schlongs of Skyrim (SOS) or The New Gentlemen (TNG) to work!!!

YOU CAN ONLY PICK ONE!

If using TNG: Download the TRX Futanari Addon for The New Gentleman version.

If using SOS: Download the TRX Futanari SOS Addon version.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I use my own custom BodySlide Preset but I also recommend the Androgyny CBBE Bodyslide Preset on Nexus or:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you want your character to be unique, I highly recommend RaceMenu Selector of Skins. However, do know that you have to manually insert all the meshes and textures you want to use. Otherwise when you build the body mesh through the BodySlide tool all females NPCs in game will share your vaginaless and/or flatchested body.

Good luck! 😁

is it as simple as installing the above in the order in mo2? otherwise would you please be so kind to take me step by step, ive been it for at least a week ;'(

Posted (edited)

Step-by-Step:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Install CBBE 3BA (3BBB) and all its requirements. (Always install requirements first and load dependent mod last, unless author says otherwise. (This should always be how you approach modding/load order.)

Note: Make sure to build Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE- body first in the BodySlide tool, as CBBE 3BA (3BBB) does not include a femalefeet mesh/nif. This is because 3BA was built using the original feet from CBBE (Remember to check Build Morphs in the lower left-hand corner of the BodySlide tool window.)

BTW you should have already done/know this, as CBBE is a requirement for 3BA already!!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Build the 3BA body (this includes 1stpersonfemalebody, 1stpersonfemalehands, femalebody, and femalehands meshes/nifs) using the BodySlide tool. Make sure to check the Build Morphs option in the lower left-hand corner of the BodySlide tool window.

Note: If you don't know what this means then you need to learn how to use the BodySlide first, before you do anything else!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3. Install dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA (Installer - BodySlide Projects) and build the body again using the femalebody mesh/nif provided by the mod.

Spoiler

Screenshot2025-12-15010234.png.7f7b7d6ba15b5259817beb8137017767.png

WARNING!: Doing this will change ALL FEMALE BODY MESHES in your game to be vaginaless, as it overwrites the original 3BA body! If you do not want this, than DO NOT BUILD THE BODY YET!!! Instead, you have to use a Unique Character/Player mod and manually insert all the meshes you want to use. I recommend RaceMenu Selector of Skins. To use these mods, you need to know how to use BodySlide! You also need to have a grasp on how meshes (as well as textures) work with the file structure of the game and how it reads them.

For Unique Characters:

Pay close attention to the following paragraphs on how to give your player character a unique body!

1.) Download the original Unique Character mod, as it needs to be installed and enabled before the FOMOD installation of dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA (Installer - BodySlide Projects).

(This is to keep the Unique Character option from being grayed out and unselectable!)

2.) Before you build/insert the femalebody mesh/nif into its appropriate folder, you have to make sure you're using the right BodySlide Project. First, select Unique Character as the Main BodySlide Project option in the FOMOD installer of dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA (Installer - BodySlide Projects).

Spoiler

You can also select the Unique Character UBE Anus variant if you so choose.

Screenshot2025-12-15005144.png.bbb185fee2a1ef51dc6e0c5c300caf6b.png

This step is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!! If you don't use the correct BodySlide Project, the morphs for your body WILL BE BROKEN!!!

3.) After the appropriate FOMOD options have been selected and installed, disable the Unique Character mod.

4.) Download RaceMenu Selector of Skins, specifically the -No Assets- version. Otherwise you'll have to manually delete the meshes/textures prepackaged in the original mod!

4.) Before you build the body/project, set the Output Path (found under Setting, Advanced, Output Path, in the BodySlide Tool) to its appropriate destination. The file path should look something like this:

D:\Vortex Mods\skyrimse\Selector of Skins - No Assets-126721-0-1-6-1724176086

Please DO NOT just copy and paste the highlighted file path above, as this is just a template. Your file path will look different depending on what version of the mod you're using, the mod manager/organizer you use, and the drive the mod manager/organizer is stored on.

Spoiler

image.png.7f332b93f725f2566576264c25252e46.png

5.) Build the Body using the Unique Character version in BodySlide. Make sure to check the Build Morphs option in the lower left-hand corner of the BodySlide tool window.

Note: If you are using the mod OBody Next Generation you must remember to set the Preset to - Zeroed Sliders - before building the Body.

Spoiler

image.png.75f6be9d95dc3be3f9df754c0a471897.png

The RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder \meshes\actors\character\unique\female should contain these nifs/tri files -

1stpersonfemalebody.tri

1stpersonfemalebody_0.nif

1stpersonfemalebody_1.nif

1stpersonfemalehands.tri

1stpersonfemalehands_0.nif

1stpersonfemalehands_1.nif

femalebody.tri
femalebody_0.nif

femalebody_1.nif

femalefeet.tri

femalefeet_0.nif

femalefeet_1.nif

femalehands.tri

femalehands_0.nif

femalehands_1.nif

6.) Since you're using the -No Assets- version of RaceMenu Selector of Skins, you'll be missing the 1stpersonfemalebody, 1stpersonfemalehands, femalefeet, and femalehands nifs/tri files.

Note: These body parts have already been built earlier in Step 1 and Step 2, so we need just need to find them in your game's directory folder and copy and paste them into the RaceMenu Selector of Skins meshes folder.

The missing files are stored here: \Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets

Copy and paste them into the RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder here: \meshes\actors\character\unique\female

DO NOT COPY AND PASTE: femalebody_0.niffemalebody_1.nif, or femalebody.tri, as they've already been built to its appropriate folder through the Output Path we set up earlier!!!

7.) Once done, remember to change the Output Path back to its original blank state next time you use BodySlide to build other projects!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4. Download a texture patch included in dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA (Installer - Body Textures [Your Chosen Skin]). Have it overwrite the skin texture you're currently using for 3BA.

Spoiler

The text in parentheses will be different depending on the skin texture mod you are currently already using for 3BA.
For example, since I'm already using Diamond Skin, this is what I would download.

image.png.285c2dfe19e2c4320f529363d2e3e620.png

Note: For femboy characters, you can either download the Installer - Body Textures (Androgyny Pack) or one of the various other vaginaless body texture patches depending on what skin texture you use for 3BA.

(Remember to select flat chested in the FOMOD if you take the latter option!)

WARNING!: This will cause ALL FEMALE BODY TEXTURES to appear vaginaless as well! If you do not want this, than DO NOT OVERWRITE!!! Instead, use a Unique Character/Player mod and manually insert the textures you want to use.

For Unique Characters:

1.) First install the the body textures provided by dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA (Installer - Body Textures [Your Chosen Skin]). Then select the options you want to to use in the FOMOD. Once done, disable the mod, as we do not want it to overwrite the 3BA skin texture. Instead, the disabled mod will now be used only for its generated files.

2.) Copy and paste the textures generated by dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA (Installer - Body Textures [Your Chosen Skin]) into the RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder.

To do this, first select the dds files in the (Installer - Body Textures [Your Chosen Skin]) folder:

\textures\actors\character\female

Then copy and paste into them into the RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder:

\textures\actors\character\unique\female

The RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder \textures\actors\character\unique\female should contain these dds files -

femalebody_1.dds

femalebody_1_msn.dds

femalebody_1_s.dds

femalebody_1_sk.dds

femalehands_1.dds

femalehands_1_msn.dds

femalehands_1_s.dds

femalehands_1_sk.dds

femalehead.dds

femalehead_msn.dds

femalehead_s.dds

femalehead_sk.dds

schlong.dds

schlong_msn.dds

schlong_s.dds

3.) If you noticed (Installer - Body Textures [Your Chosen Skin]) only includes the femalebody_1.dds, femalebody_1_msn.dds, and femalebody_1_sk.dds files. To insert the rest of these missing files, you'll have to copy and paste them over from the mod folder of whatever skin texture mod you are currently using for 3BA.

This an example of where those dds/textures files can be found:

\[Insert Your Skin Texture Replacer Mod]\textures\actors\character\female

Note: If you're missing the schlong dds files, don't worry, that's covered in Step 8 of Unique Character!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5. Download either Schlongs of Skyrim (SOS) or The New Gentleman (TNG) and its requirements.

(REMEMBER TO ONLY CHOOSE ONE, YOU CAN'T HAVE BOTH!!)

Note: This step is important as these mods provide the necessary frameworks which allow you to not only have male genitalia in game, but also make it work properly.

Either one you choose is up to you, I prefer TNG though since it's newer.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6. Download a Schlong Add-on which was made to fit onto the Vaginaless 3BA body. There are three to choose from, though the one you choose will depend on whether or not you use SOS or TNG.

Note: Each Vaginaless Schlong Add-on variant requires it's original mod. Pay close attention to the names of the original mods and where to download them from!

Make sure your chosen Vaginaless Schlong Add-on loads after its original counterpart!

SOS and TNG compatible -

Note: TRX-ERF Hybrid Schlong for 3BA Vaginaless and [TRX] Futanari addon for 3BA Vaginaless both require the original TRX Futanari Addon which was removed, you have to join a discord to access them.

I don't have access to the link you'll have ask around the forums. 🙏

If using TNG: Download the TRX Futanari Addon for The New Gentleman version.

If using SOS: Download the TRX Futanari SOS Addon version.

SOS compatible only -

Note: ERF Futanari CBBE SSE Uncut for 3BA Vaginaless requires the original -

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7. Build your chosen Vaginaless Schlong Add-on in BodySlide. To avoid having a gap where the body and penis connect, make sure when you build the schlong it uses the same BodySlide Preset as the one you use for your body. If you don't know what that means, learn how to use BodySlide!

Note: If using OBody Next Generation you must set the Preset to - Zeroed Sliders - before building the schlong. It is important to understand that you can however, still freely use the sliders labeled SOS as they do not use/share the same sliders as the 3BA BodySlide Presets you download.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

8. Install a texture patch for your chosen Schlong Add-on which matches your skin. The schlong texture is included in dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA (Installer - [Your Chosen Schlong Add-on] Textures - [Your Chosen Skin])

Spoiler

The text in brackets will be different depending on the Vaginaless Schlong Add-on you use, as well as the skin texture.

For example, since I'm already using TRX-ERF Hybrid Schlong Add-on and Diamond Skin, this is what I would download.

image.png.7ef765b77d6b99f9a1568512d0c47b40.png

Make sure the penis skin texture wins all conflicts and loads after everything!

Note: If using a Unique Character/Player mod or if you have multiple different Schlong Add-ons enabled in your game, it is recommended that you do not overwrite your original schlong add-on's texture. Instead, install your chosen Vaginaless Schlong Add-on Texture, and manually insert the textures you want to use.

For Unique Characters:

1.) Copy and paste the textures provided by dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA (Installer - [Your Chosen Schlong Add-on] Textures - [Your Chosen Skin]) into the RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder.

To do this, first select the dds files in the (Installer - [Your Chosen Schlong Add-on] Textures - [Your Chosen Skin]) folder:

\textures\[TRX] Futa addon\Regular\Default

Note: The mod folder/file path above, and even the names of the dds files will be different depending on whether you use the ERF or TRX Schlong!

Then copy and paste into them into the RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder:

\textures\actors\character\unique\female

The RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder \textures\actors\character\unique\female should contain these dds files -

schlong.dds

schlong_msn.dds

schlong_s.dds

2.) Once in game, toggle the hot key to open the TNG addon selection menu, and equip the [TRX] Unique Futa Schlong. If everything was done correctly above, your schlong textures and body texture should match seamlessly!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

9. Pray and hope everything works!

CRITICAL UPDATE!!!

It is come to my attention that I've given the wrong information regarding what texture patch is needed for your chosen Vaginaless Schlong Add-on.

Previously I had listed Assorted Futanari Texture Patches, as the mod needed for the texture patch. This information is incorrect as dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA already has the vaginaless schlong texture patches included in it's download files.

I've removed the misinformation, and added the correct, relevant information.

My apologies! 😅

Hello!

First, I want to thank you for the guide. It's very useful specially for newbies in the modding space. I've have followed the step by step guide but when I try to install Installer - BodySlide Projects (dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA 2.1.8) the Unique Character option is grayed out even though I have RaceMenu Selector of Skins installed. https://imgur.com/09X46FN

It looks like dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA 2.1.8 was originally made for Unique Character instead of RaceMenu Selector of Skins. Is there a way to make it work with RaceMenu Selector of Skins or should I go with Unique Character?

Thanks for bringing this issue to my attention! You are correct, as the Unique Character BodySlide Project does still "require" the original Unique Character mod. However, I'll clarify exactly what this entails down below!

The original Unique Character mod needs to be enabled before the FOMOD installation of Installer - BodySlide Projects (dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA 2.1.8). (This only to keep the option from being grayed out and unselectable).

Once the Unique Character BodySlide Project is installed, disable the Unique Character mod and proceed to build the body project through the custom Output Path in the BodySlide tool (set to the RaceMenu Selector of Skins meshes folder).

Let me know if this works!

Another alternative you can do is enable the Unique Character mod, build the Unique Character Bodyslide Project, disable Unique Character, open Unique Character meshes folder, and then copy and paste the newly made nifs to the RaceMenu Selector of Skins meshes folder.

Thanks again for letting me know! I'll update the guide to reflect the new information! 😊

I read everything and installed all the required mods, but when I opened BodySlide, everything was empty. It used to work normally, but now everything is broken. I have no idea what to do next. Maybe it’s too much for me.

Is there a step-by-step “hand-holding” video guide where, if I follow everything, the mod will definitely work?
Maybe my brain just isn’t good enough for this.

Sorry if I’m being too much.

Nothing in my guide would stop the BodySlide Tool from functioning properly, you must have done something way out of the scope of this guide. The only modification of the Bodyslide Tool is the Output Path of where meshes/nifs are built to, which would only pertain to those who want their player character to have a unique body mesh. Also the Output Path should have been changed (back to its default blank state) after building the body anyway, if instructions were followed correctly.

For this guide or modding in general it is recommended to not download everything at once. Download each mod one by one, then load the game each time for every one mod you enable. This will allow you to problem solve more easily as you will be able to determine which mods are/aren't functioning properly.

Unfortunately, there isn't any video guide of this that I'm aware of. 😔

Please make a video guide. This is my first time trying to do this and I can't get it to work. Nobody understands how to turn it on; there's no video guide anywhere.

I'm sorry but I have no interest in making a video. 😔 However, I've updated the guide and hopefully if you look it over it again, it might be more clear to you and others.

Brilliant guide, I was able to get it working!

Though for anyone else that's following this guide, note that many outfits have a baked-in default body mesh which will overwrite the vaginaless body mesh.

The main mod page has a number of posts detailing how to fix this though in summary, it's tedious as you'll need to open each outfit in outfit studio, delete the default (3BA) body mesh, and import the new body mesh.

Alternatively in this situation, use camera magic to hide the lady parts ;)

If a TNG based add-on is used, do I also need to install and setup The New Gentlewoman? I am getting a "There are no add-ons for the current NPC" error when following the guide that seems to be somewhat resolved when using that mod. The New Gentleman's menu comes up with that mod installed, but the Vaginaless addon does not show up in the menu.

Super new to modding and trying to understand... When does overwriting show up? It sounds like only when using an outfit that is skimpy enough to show the area Vaginaless modded?

You should not need The New Gentlewoman as TRX Futanari Addon for The New Gentleman is the version you need already to use with TNG. The reason The New Gentlewoman exists is because at the time of release of TNG (The New Gentleman), there had not been a patch for many of the schlong addons, but now there is.
Side Note: You might need it to get the ERF schlong and its variants to work properly with TNG, but I have not tested it yet as I do not use ERF.

The Vaginaless Add-ons are mesh replacers for the original TRX Futanari Addon mod. That is why they do not appear in the menu. This is also why you still REQUIRE the original TRX Futanari Addon mod, specifically the TRX Futanari Addon for The New Gentleman version if you want to use it with TNG.

In the TNG popup menu, the addon should appear listed as TRX - Futanari Addon (if I remember correctly). If you use RaceMenu Selector of Skins[TRX] Unique Futa Schlong will also appear alongside it.

The load order for the vaginaless schlong addons if you want to use TRX with TNG should look something like this from first to last:

  • TRX Futanari Addon for The New Gentleman
  • Your chosen Vaginaless Schlong Add-on

Note that [TRX] Unique Futa Schlong will use the last overwritten mesh in the load order. But it will not conflict with either as it just borrows the file path and is not a replacer.

First off, amazing guide! I was able to get the body all set up (just need some personal tinkering to decide on skin textures). The question I have comes down to updating the outfits with BodySlide though. Is there a way to update the outfits for both the regular CBBE body for NPC women as well as updated for the femboy body preset on the player? Or is it a case of vanilla clothes/armour would need to be updated for CBBE for the women and the femboy player will need to exclusively use modded clothes updated to his body setting?

If I understand correctly, you want regular female NPCs in game to use bodyslide presets in which they still retain their breasts when they wear vanilla and/or modded outfits. While, simultaneously the player character also retains there flat-chested bodyslide preset when wearing vanilla and/or modded outfits as well.

If that is correct, the mod you’re looking for that fixes all these issues is OBody Next Generation. I recommend looking at the mod page article, OBody NG Installation Guide to get it set up, specifically part 3.

I will try my best and give my own brief explanation here anyway.

  • First, Build all body/body parts meshes using the -Zeroed Slider- Preset in the BodySlide Tool. This also includes all clothing and schlong meshes as well.

Note: Certain meshes come with unique sliders, i.e., the SOS slider portion for the schlong add-ons. This means you can freely use the sliders labeled SOS as they do not use/share the same sliders as the 3BA BodySlide Presets you'll be downloading.

  • Second download BodySlide Presets on Nexus or LL, OBody will automatically pick up the preset/s in your load order.
  • Third, open the game, click the OBody hot key (the letter O on your keyboard) then a mini-menu will pop up asking you which bodyslide preset you want to load on to the player character. (Or NPC if you have the in game crosshair on them.)

Congratulations, you can now hot swap to any preset you have in your load order, without having to go back into the BodySlide Tool every time to rebuild it.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! If you want to use OBody with Selector of Skins, this also means you have to rebuild the Unique Character Vaginaless body using -Zeroed Slider- as the preset. This also means you have to go back into my guide and redo ALL of Step 3 in the unique character section.

You can however skip this part down below, if its already been done before:

6.) Since you're using the -No Assets- version of RaceMenu Selector of Skins, you'll be missing the 1stpersonfemalebody, 1stpersonfemalehands, femalefeet, and femalehands nifs/tri files.

Note: These body parts have already been built earlier in Step 2, so we need just need to find them in your game's directory folder and copy and paste them into the RaceMenu Selector of Skins meshes folder.

The missing files are stored here: \Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets

Copy and paste them into the RaceMenu Selector of Skins folder here: \meshes\actors\character\unique\female

Oh wow! I thought it actually wasn't do-able! I've not messed with OBody before, so I'll definitely give this a look. Thanks!
