Enb's and latest version files for older enb's

Hello!

Alright im kinda of a nuub when it comes to the technical stuff in enb's.

So my ENB uses version 0.262 wrapper.(d3d9.dll enbhost.exe).

But im wondering.

Does it mess things up for my ENB if i upgrade the files(d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe) to the latest 0.308 version?

Do i need to rebuild my enblocal.ini and adapt it to the latest version?

Or rather, is there any advantage to upgrading or should i just stick to the older 0.262 version for now?

308 is more stable but has simpler bloom and skylighting

 

308 also has better memory management support, which you'll have to enable yourself via
