Bayonetta Nude Mod

SUCCESS! Partly. So I got Turambei's Butterfly suit to work with nude weave moves. Unfortunately, the bump map I produced doesn't want to play nicely, so this version (V.5) uses the default bump. I've packaged my intended bump for anyone with enough initiative to fix it's issues. Speaking of issues, the problem with the bump I created is it is shiny as fuck for no reason.

EDIT: I think the reason the bump isn't working right is because the alpha channel is invisible instead of 100% Opaque white. Also, I noticed the white butterfly suit has inconstant skin coloring, main concern being that the stomache is very tan for some reason? THe bump map I can't fix, and the skin color I can only fix in MCpaint. (Which I don't want to struggle with making look "nice" right now. BUT I have played with the mod as is for hours now, and I love it real nice. OOOOH its perfect. Sexy cat suit with a tease of skin. Works great.

EDIT: v1.1 I edited the textures slightly to get rid of some pixelation and I removed the ugly bump map interaction on her stomache area where the skin meets the cat suit.

So recently I installed the nude mods from maliwei777, the extra costume work just fine, but the default one didn't. Nothing happens with the default costume even though i aready replaced the original dat with the modded one. But in the mod folder, there's a folder called "pl0000_dds_Texture__hex_address" which contain 2 dds. files. I tried to unpack the dat. in order to replace the dds. but unfortunately, the dds. included with the mod, has been renamed and I cannot just simply put it in. Can anyone help with this issue, I don't know which dds. should I replace.

UPDATE: I found the .dds files that I've been looking for. I tried to replace the original texture but everytime I repacked it into .dat, it keeps converting the textures back to the original texture. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

I think this is great but it only works when a malefic attack is made ... I mean ... big arms and feet of black demons, you know. You also need the respective costume. So, any chance to make this mod permanent and not only in the malefic attack?

I seem to be having the same problem. I was hoping with this mod that she'd be nude all the time. That's why I bought a copy on Steam

You can use the other Mods that are permanent

 

Although these are a bit better, better done, I think, but they are not permanent and that's a shame

Yes. It is a very good effort! ... but I like more the mods from 777    ... hopefully they were permanent

Is there a mod out there that just adds the details to the normal model, I am not needing her to be naked all the time, but I wouldn't mind if it actually showed the details when she does end up "stripping". Just wondering because I can't seem to find anything yet.

How to Mod

It seems that it's still a mystery for most how to actually mod this game.

This is the method i use:

Tools needed

• A hex editor
• Dragon Unpacker (optional but helpful)
• DDS editing software

That's basically it.

After extracting the cpk file of your choice (data12.cpk for example) you will get some .dat files in most cases. Most of them contain game textures, model textures, model info...etc.

The .dat files that contain DDS images can be either searched for with a hex editor, just simply search for the text DDS, it's the only header in the .dat file that is an actual DDS (from what i found). The way i did it before, was just copy the entire contents from the DDS header till the end and saved it as a dds, that way you can see the image and if it's not the one you want to edit, search again for the next header and delete everything backwards... this method is more time consuming though. I found that with dragon unpacker's hyper ripper you can simply preview the images in DU and also easily extract them with drag and drop. As an added bonus it shows the offset of the dds file which is very important, to put the dds file back.

 

Now the tricky part. After editing your file, you need to have a copy of the original image or have a copy of the original .dat file as the header of the dds needs to be the exact same one as before, otherwise the game crashes... took me a long time to figure out that that's the reason for my crashes. The header is 1D in length in hex code, so after you pasted the hex code of the edited dds on top of the old one, paste also the header of the original on top of that and you're good to go.

When i say header, i'm referring to the starting bytes of the dds file, not the image contents themselves.

That's about it in a nutshell, if you guys make some cool mods, i can post them here if you want with credits to the modder of course

So I wanted to use the red bikini skin, but when i put the pl.**** data in the pl folder, bayonetta's regular skin is the one that is in the game. what do i need to do??

These mods don't seem to be working for me? I installed the original nude mod and it worked but any other ones like the angle, blue, red, green or deadpool outfits dont work and i just get the original bayonetta outfit. I created a pl folder in the data folder, and place the mods in there but the only one that actually works is the full nude one. Please help!
